WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a fast, total body workout. We do different things every day that will challenge you and push you a little outside of your comfort zone. In short: Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, performed at a High Intensity.
IS CROSSFIT FOR ME?
Yes. CrossFit is for anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness with movements that are safe, and well-coached. Every movement in each workout can be modified and adapted to each specific person.
I HAVE SOME FRIENDS VISITING. DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?
We love visitors! We ask that they have CrossFit experience in the past before joining a class, but our drop-in process is super easy. Just go here and select which class and sign up!
