Every week, CAP delivers a fully thought-out plan that balances:

- High-intensity conditioning
- Core and accessory work
- Recovery and mobility
And it does it without overloading you — or your nervous system.
Each class we coach follows this progression:
Warm up with purpose → Move with intensity → Finishing cooldown → Leave feeling better than when you walked in.
