Elements is 3 sessions of 1-on-1 with a trainer and can be done at a time that fits your schedule. The goal here is to work intimately with a coach to not just learn the movements, but get integrated personally to everything we do here. Each session will consist of complete form breakdown of all our major lifts, some knowledge specific to why we program the workouts we do, a work out itself, and of course a fist bump to finish!

In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in training, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the session, you will participate in a functional fitness style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in in our classes you may graduate to our regular classes and get the full experience!
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others. Community is a huge focus for us outside the gym as well. We have lots of organized gym gatherings throughout the year.
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
